Once your order is confirmed your new windows and doors will typically be ready within 4 to 6 weeks. As soon as they’re ready, we’ll give you a call to schedule installation. 

Absolutely, a new window is only as good as its warranty. All of our vinyl window frames and sashes, hardware, and energy-efficient insulated glass units come with a lifetime warranty. Other permafinished components are covered with a 10-year warranty. You can download our full warranty policy here. 

After meeting with one of our window and door consultants, we can typically schedule a repair technician to come out within 24 to 48 hours. Please keep in mind that some repairs may require materials that require longer delivery.
